Who We Are
Firehawks Baseball Academy is a Los Angeles County youth baseball and development organization committed to creating greater access to quality athletic opportunities, particularly for young people and families who face financial barriers to competitive sports.
We believe baseball can be much more than a game. When young athletes have strong coaches, consistent mentorship, meaningful competition, and people who believe in their potential, sports can become a vehicle for personal growth.
MISSION
Firehawks Baseball Academy creates opportunity for LA County youth—especially those from low-income families—by delivering year-round skill development, mentoring, competitive travel play, and college-prep showcases. Through discipline, character-building, and intentional training, we help young athletes strengthen their abilities and pursue both academic and athletic pathways to success.
VISION
To build a future where every young athlete, regardless of income or background, has the skills, confidence, and support to succeed in baseball, education, and life.

Our Approach
Firehawks combines athletic development with youth development.
We teach athletes the fundamentals and strategy of baseball.
We train athletes through year-round practices, clinics, conditioning, travel, and tournament competition.
We mentor young people by emphasizing discipline, accountability, teamwork, leadership, and respect.
We create opportunities for high school athletes to showcase the skills they have developed and pursue opportunities to play at the collegiate level.
And as Firehawks grows, we are expanding our focus beyond the player to support the entire family.
Building Healthy Athletes and Healthy Families
Behind every young athlete is a network of adults who make participation possible—parents driving to practice, grandparents cheering from the sidelines, caregivers making sacrifices, and coaches giving their time.
Firehawks believes investing in those adults strengthens our athletes.
Our Adult & Family Health & Wellness Initiative is designed to create opportunities for parents, caregivers, coaches, youth, and older adults to participate in movement, recreation, health education, and family and intergenerational play.
By bringing health and wellness into a trusted sports environment, Firehawks can help families become more active together while strengthening relationships across generations.
